Most Common Issue
1. If you're reading this page, most likely you have
confirmed your Internet is working. ;-)
2. The most common issue we have seen is with AntiVirus,
especially Norton/Symantec which has a nasty habit of deciding
not to work without errors. If you are not able to send
and/or receive, the 1st thing to do is reboot your computer.
This will always be the 1st thing we ask you to do because this
issue seems to be more common.
3. Confirm you can log into your Webmail with your username
and password. If so, your issue is still mostly likely to
be local with your computer or ISP.
Each user also has many options they can choose to
customize. Once the user logs into their Webmail (www.YourDomain.com/webmail)
with their login information, they can click on Options and have
many choices.
The Help link at the top-right is very valuable in explaining many of these features.
